In June 2023, the Oregon legislature passed Senate Bill 3, updating Oregon’s high school diploma requirements. Beginning with the class of 2027, the Oregon diploma requirements will include a 0.5 credit in Personal Financial Education and a 0.5 credit in Higher Education and Career Path Skills, as part of the 24 credit requirements.
The Oregon Department of Education is inviting community members to provide feedback on the proposed revisions to Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) in Division 22 to assist with the implementation of Senate Bill 3.

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Glendale School District #77, Douglas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, will be held at 10598 Azalea Glen Rd, Glendale, Oregon. The meeting will take place on May 5, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Access to this meeting may also be done electronically via link located on the district website www.glendale.k12.or.us.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear virtually or in-person at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget document will be available for inspection or obtained via link located on district website at www.glendale.k12.or.us. If additional meetings for deliberation are required, they will be scheduled at this meeting.
